Foul anchor
On the garrison cap the foul anchor will be from center 2 inches in(red) and from center 1 1/2 inches up(blue)
Garrison Cover Rank
FOR CHIEFS AND OFFICERS ONLY
From center the rank will but 2 inches in(red) and from center will be 1 1/2 inches up(blue)
Ribbons and Service Stars
Male
The bottom of the ribbon bar is 1/4th of an inch above the left pocket, and the service stars are 1/4th of an inch above the top of the ribbon bar
Female
The bottom of the ribbon bar is 6 1/4 inches from the top of the shoulder centered along the crease on the left side, and the service stars are above the ribbon bar with 1/4 inch gap
Name tag
Male
The name tag will be 1/4th of an inch above the right pocket
Female
the name tag is 6 1/4 inches below the right shoulder centered on the crease
J-bar and Honor-roll star
The bottom of the J-bar will be 1 and 7/8th inches from the corner of the left collar(red) and the honor roll star will be centered above the "O" 1/4th an inch about it(blue)
Collar Rank
The rank will be from center 1 and 7/8ths inches above the corner of the right collar
Aiguillettes
The aiguillettes will on the left shoulder and just next to the shoulder seam
